In the video below I answer the question: am I an alcoholic? It’s easy to get hung up on labels, so I would suggest leaving the label ‘alcoholic’ to one side. The more important question is: Do I have a drink problem or not?
I think it’s pretty easy to answer, if you watch the video you will hopefully be able to judge for yourselves. One of the important measures is how much time and space does alcohol take up in your life? What are your consequences and are they worth the cost of drinking the way you do?
